Assassinato

My name is Alexander Fitzgerald, and online I go by the handle Assassinato. Right now when I am not travelling I split my time between Seattle and Seoul. I quit my day job when I was 18-years-old to attempt to make a living playing poker online. At the time I was playing $30 SNGs for from dusk till dawn. Over my first 1,000 MTT tournaments I had a -20% ROI, but once I began seriously studying with my friends I put up considerable results. In 2007 I final tabled the $20.00 rebuy multiple times with one win on Full Tilt, the $50.00 rebuy multiple times, the $100.00 rebuy multiple times with one win on Tilt, chopped the $200.00 rebuy on Stars, final tabled The Nightly Hundred Grand multiple times as well as the $55k on Tilt, the $10r multiple times, the $5.00 rebuy, won the Tilt $30.00 rebuy and finished 2nd place twice, and won the UB 11k twice, amongst other finishes. Additionally, I played and cashed in tournaments in the Philippines, Ireland, Italy, and Brazil. My new challenge right now is cash games, and I've been playing up to $5/$10 live and $3/$6 online. It is because I started as such a poor player that I believe anyone can become a professional with enough hard work, positive thinking, and study, and that is why I teach at pokerpwnage.com. When I'm not playing poker I like to read, work out, hang out with my friends, write, watch movies, play video games, go to concerts, check out different restaurants ,or just walk aimlessly throughout Seattle. I'm also a big fan of travelling and living in different places, experiencing new cultures, and writing about my experiences on the road.
